Official NEXPORA Staff Email Signatures
Follow the 4 quick steps below to install your official NEXPORA email signature in Corporate Gmail (Google Workspace), Apple Mail, or Outlook. Choose between the Simple 2D Vector Logo (Light or Dark) or the 3D Tensor Logo.
Copy Your Signature Below
Select your preferred logo style below (Simple 2D Light is recommended for Gmail), then click the green "Copy Signature for Gmail" button next to your name.
Open Corporate Gmail Settings
In your `@nexpora.com` Gmail inbox, click the ⚙️ Settings gear icon (top right) → click "See all settings" → stay on the "General" tab.
Create & Paste Signature
Scroll down to the "Signature" section, click "+ Create new", name it NEXPORA Official, click inside the right-hand editor box, and press Ctrl+V (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+V (Mac).
Set Default & Save
Under "Signature defaults", select NEXPORA Official for both "For new emails use" and "On reply/forward use". Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
